Shop terms

As of October 2026. The German version is binding.

1. Scope

These terms apply to orders in the online shop on noybern.ch. The seller is Appia Gastro GmbH, Moserstrasse 33, 3014 Bern, UID CHE-187.395.008. Contact: ciao@noybern.ch, +41 79 332 86 86.

2. Order and contract

Products are offered while stocks last. The contract is concluded once payment is completed. You then receive a confirmation by email.

3. Prices

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately in the cart.

4. Payment

Payment is made in advance via our payment provider Stripe with TWINT, credit/debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see or store card or account details.

5. Delivery and pickup

• Pick up at noy: free, during opening hours at Moserstrasse 33. We let you know when your order is ready.
• Economy: CHF 4.90 per order, Swiss Post within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
• Priority: CHF 9.90 per order.

We usually ship within 2–3 working days after payment. If a product turns out to be unavailable, we let you know and refund the amount.

6. Gift cards

Gift cards can be redeemed at noy for all products, cannot be paid out in cash and are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. Lost gift cards cannot be replaced.

7. Returns and exchanges

Unused cups and shirts in their original packaging can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are borne by you. Food such as coffee beans cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please contact ciao@noybern.ch.

8. Defects

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 7 days with a photo. We replace the product or refund the price.

9. Privacy

How we process your data when you order is described in the privacy statement.

10. Law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Bern, unless the law provides otherwise.
