Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you visit, Vercel processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Transfers to the USA rely on standard contractual clauses or the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Newsletter and shop notification

If you sign up, we store your email address with the mailing service Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) to send you our newsletter and the shop launch notice. The signup runs through a function on our Vercel hosting directly to Brevo. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.

Reservations

Table bookings run through our system at reservation.noybern.ch (hosting Vercel, database Supabase). There we process name, contact details, date, time and party size to confirm and manage your booking.

Course and event requests

When you send the request form, we pass your name, email, phone number, preferred date, party size and message via the mailing service Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) as an email to our Google Workspace inbox (Google, USA/EU). We only use the details to answer your request and do not store them in a database on this website. Transfers to the USA rely on standard contractual clauses or the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can request access to your data and its correction or deletion. Write to ciao@noybern.ch. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
